  • 8 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lightly oil a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apricot preserves, dehydrated onion, kosher salt, granulated garlic, and crushed red pepper.
