  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 cups corn flakes cereal
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with flour in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare the coating mixture by combining crushed corn flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in another bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture then roll in the cornflake mixture until well-coated.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Meanwhile, warm BBQ sauce by mixing it with honey in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  7. Once the chicken is baked, toss it with the warm honey BBQ sauce in a large bowl before serving.
