- ¼ tsp dried tarragon

- 2 flatbreads
- ½ cup BBQ sauce

- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Instructions

- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the chicken for about 8–10 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest before chopping.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush each with BBQ sauce and sprinkle minced garlic.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, bell pepper, and red onion. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro; slice using a pizza cutter.
