  • 1 ½ lbs flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Slice beef against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, beef broth, and cornstarch.
  3. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli and onions for 3-4 minutes until bright green. Move to one side.
  5. Sear the marinated beef for about 2 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  6. Pour sauce over beef and broccoli; toss to coat and let thicken for 1-2 minutes.
