Ingredients
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Shredded lettuce
- Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
- Pickle slices
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Pickle juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Mix the spice ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut potatoes into chips, coat with olive oil and half of the spice mix, then spread on a baking tray.
- Roast potatoes for 30–40 minutes until crispy.
- Cook beef mince in a frying pan with remaining olive oil until browned, adding the rest of the spice mix.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Assemble bowls with roasted potatoes, shredded lettuce, beef mince, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
