- 4 chicken apple sausages
- 24 oz baby potato medley
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Chop potatoes and broccoli; slice chicken sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss potatoes and carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; spread on a sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
- Mix broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; add to the pan after 20 minutes.
- After an additional 10 minutes of roasting, add chicken sausage to the center of the pan; roast for another 20 minutes.
- Drizzle maple syrup over everything; mix well and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
