- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ¼ teaspoons cream of tartar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup canola oil

- 1 cup finely grated zucchini
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8" x 4" loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt.
- In an electric stand mixer bowl, beat together canola oil and sugar until combined. Add the egg and mix well. Then add the grated zucchini and mix on medium speed until blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while alternating with the mashed bananas until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips with a spatula until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Tent with foil during the last baking minutes if needed. Let cool before slicing.
