Instructions

- Drain and rinse great northern beans; set aside.
- For a creamier texture, puree a portion of the rinsed beans with a bit of broth in a food processor until smooth.
- Add both whole and pureed beans along with corn into the pot. Simmer uncovered for about 15 to 30 minutes.
