  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb kielbasa (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a 4-6 quart crockpot, combine 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, warm the cream cheese and remaining chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Stir the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and top with remaining cheddar cheese; cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
