  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • ½ cup salsa con queso

Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water according to package instructions until well combined.
  4. Mix in salsa con queso until fully incorporated.
  5. Spray an 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick spray.
  6. Layer one tortilla at the bottom, followed by 1/3 of the meat mixture and 1/3 of the cheese.
  7. Repeat layers two more times.
