Description

  • 6 oz cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 red onion (minced)
  • 4 celery stalks (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; rinse under cold water and drain.
