  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 0.25 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: cut beef into bite-sized pieces and halve baby potatoes.
  2. Optional: Parboil halved potatoes for a few minutes until slightly softened.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear beef bites until browned on all sides.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Place halved baby potatoes and seared beef in a slow cooker; pour over the garlic butter sauce and add beef broth.
