  • 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak
  • 1 pound baby potatoes (cut into ½ inch pieces)
  • 1 onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Par-boil the potatoes in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until slightly tender; drain and cool.
  2. Cut the steak into pieces measuring between 2.5 – 5 inches.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the steak, potatoes, onion, olive oil, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Cut four pieces of aluminum foil (12×12 inches) and evenly distribute the mixture onto each piece. Add cubed butter on top.
  5. Seal each packet tightly and cook on a preheated grill for about 8-10 minutes per side or bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for around 20 minutes.
