  • 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 150g Baby Plum Tomatoes
  • 100g Feta Cheese
  • 100g Kalamata Olives
  • 300g uncooked Orzo Pasta
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Dried Oregano
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic
  • Green Pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add halved tomatoes, diced feta cheese, olives, red onion, and garlic; mix gently.
  3. Marinate at room temperature for at least one hour or refrigerate overnight.
