- 1 + 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (divided)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, oil, egg, vanilla, lemon juice, and zest until combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; mix gently until just combined. Fold in 1 cup blueberries.
- Transfer batter to the prepared pan and sprinkle remaining blueberries on top.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Optional: For glaze, mix icing sugar with lemon juice until smooth and drizzle over cooled bread.
