  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp seedless raspberry jam

  • Zest from 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8 square pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, lemon juice, salt, and zest; mix well.
  3. Gently fold in flour and fresh raspberries until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes until edges are lightly browned and center is set. Cool completely in the pan.
  5. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, raspberry jam, lemon juice, and zest until smooth. Spread over cooled bars and let set for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
