  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil for the rigatoni.
