- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 pound large shrimp (deveined)
- Kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Crushed red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
