  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 6 flour tortillas (street taco size)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Burger pickles
  • American cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare the burger sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped dill pickles, garlic powder, pickle juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with kosher salt and black pepper. Form into six equal balls.
  3. Preheat a flat top griddle to medium-high heat. Flatten each meatball on the griddle using a burger press for about 15 seconds.
  4. Cook undisturbed for 40 seconds before flipping each patty and adding cheese on top. Meanwhile, place tortillas on the griddle to toast for about 2 minutes.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing cooked patties on toasted tortillas. Top with burger sauce, shredded lettuce, and pickles.
