Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 8 oz artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into the cups of a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes.
